Years 7 & 8 get all Revved up!

A group of Year 7 and Year 8 students took part in a STEM Enrichment Opportunity at Williams F1 HQ in Oxfordshire on Tuesday 6th February 2024.  

They took part in activities linking the national curriculum to real world engineering.  These included a guided tour of their Heritage Museum,  a Lego Mindstorms EV3 activity and an exciting session on their Esports simulators racing on many of the F1 tracks around the world. 

The staff at Williams were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job of engaging our students and enabling them to see the many choices they have for their future, they were totally inspiring.
