Williams Racing HQ

On Wednesday 2nd April 40 Year 7/8 students visited Williams Racing HQ for a fantastic day of STEM challenges. They completed a STEM challenge to design a nose cone for a formula one car that crumpled to ensure driver safety, took part in a number of simulator races in the esports lounge and had an expert guided tour of the museum where many questions were asked about speed, cost and previous Williams drivers. The students were excellent ambassadors to the school and had an amazing day as did the staff accompanying them!
