Team Maths Challenge 2020
by Louis Year 9
On Wednesday 4th March, we went to the Team Maths Challenge Regional Finals at Churcher's College. We had a really good day solving maths problems. In the first round, we had to answer a list of questions. In the next round, we were split into two and one pair had to answer a question which would give the other pair the missing part of their question to solve. After lunch, we had the final round, where we were split into pairs and were moved to different tables and did a maths relay race. We answered a question, gave it in and then got a question for the other pair, which we gave to them. After the relay race, we had the awards ceremony and came 20th out of the 30 schools. It was an enjoyable experience and we learnt a lot from it.
