Sports Day 2026

What a fantastic day we had at this year's Sports Day! Despite the soaring temperatures, every single student and member of staff showed incredible enthusiasm, determination and resilience throughout the day. The effort, sportsmanship and positive attitude on display made it a truly memorable event.

The atmosphere this year was outstanding from start to finish. Students gave their all in every event, working tirelessly to earn valuable points for their houses. Whether competing or cheering from the sidelines, everyone played their part in making the day such a success.

Sports Day 2026

3rd July 2026

Following an exciting morning of field events, attention turned to the track for the afternoon races. This is where the atmosphere reached another level, as students watched on from the stands and cheered on their housemates. The encouragement and support from every house created an electric environment, inspiring runners to give everything they had right through to the finish line.

There were also some outstanding individual performances. A special congratulations goes to Poppy (Year 8), who broke the school Discus record with an incredible throw of 22.10m, and Koen (Year 9), who set a new school Triple Jump record with a superb leap of 11.30m. These are fantastic achievements and ones they should both be incredibly proud of.
Huge congratulations to Aqua House, who were crowned this year's Sports Day champions! However, it must be said that this was one of the closest and most competitive Sports Days in recent years, with Aqua winning by just 9 points. Every house competed with tremendous determination, making for an exciting contest right until the very end.

A huge thank you goes to all of our students, staff and the Army volunteers for helping to make the day such a tremendous success. Your hard work, encouragement and enthusiasm ensured that Sports Day 2026 will be remembered as one of our very best.
