Platinum Jubilee Competition

The Royal Household in partnership with the V&A is inviting young people aged 13 – 25 to design an emblem for The Queen's Platinum Jubilee in 2022. Our Design and Technology faculty have held their own competition within school to design an emblem for submission.

The criteria were to

• be simple enough to work on small and large scales, in black and white and in colour.
• include a drawing of a royal crown
• be relevant to the Platinum Jubilee
• not feature any likeness of The Queen herself.

The students have come up with some fantastic designs which could play an important part in defining the spirit of the first ever Platinum Jubilee!
