La Salle des Énigmes
Year 9, 10 and 11 students of French were treated to a fabulously funny production of La Salle des Énigmes by Onatti on Monday 28th January.
The play transformed the Wavell Hall into an Egyptian themed escape room that required the actors and some Wavell students to solve a range of puzzles to find the secret code that would allow them to escape. The students would recommend taking part in this exciting opportunity as it helped their listening skills as well as being very funny. Here are just a few of the comments from Wavell students…
The best bit was when the actors involved students, it was so funny.
Although I didn’t understand every word I could work out what was going on. An excellent start to the day.
Even better than last year’s production!
A huge thank you to the Languages Faculty for setting up this opportunity and to Onatti for the wonderful play. We are already looking forward to the German play on Thursday 14th February.
