Christmas Charity Dance!

Our annual Charity Run for Phyllis Tuckwell was scheduled for the morning of the last day of term before Christmas however Mother Nature had other ideas!

Despite keeping all of our fingers crossed for the heavy rain to ease we were forced to implement Plan B due to health and safety and the prospect of 600 soggy reindeer, elves and Santas!

In order to maintain the active aspect of the fundraising, C Block Hall and the Movement Studio were turned into mass participation dance halls along with the support of the PE Team and Just Dance! The House Groups took it in turn to bust some moves and burn off some pre-Christmas energy! We were very proud of how the students adapted to the last-minute change of plan and the effort they put into the fundraising.

A fantastic total of £4183.21 was raised for Phyllis Tuckwell.
