2021 Leavers' Festival
On Thursday 1st July, the Quad was completely transformed for our first ever 2021 Leavers’ Festival!
The staff were thrilled to welcome back our Year 11s (in a Covid Secure way!) and see them enjoying their time being back all together. Albeit being a different Leavers’ Celebration, it was certainly one to remember…
Upon arrival, students were issued with their own personalised Festival passes to kick off the event. The quad was decorated with hay bales, metres of bunting, a range of bright inflatables and beautiful bubbles floating around for the occasion. There was a photo booth back drop which had been created specially by the Art Department just for our lovely leavers to commemorate their evening. Miss. Millar was there with the glitter face paint to make sure everyone was photo ready!
The Year 11s (and staff) were able to build up their appetites by practising circus skills with some great tuition from the Circus Into Schools team before tucking in to a delicious BBQ with food provided by Woods Butchers and Good Taste Bakery. To top it off, fresh doughnuts and ice cream could be purchased from Sassy’s Doughnuts.

It was lovely to see the students return to School, looking relaxed and happy to be together again. It is also incredible how much more mature they look even after a month of not being in School!
A great time was had by all and we are already looking forward to seeing them again on Results Day 12th August between 10am and midday.
