Woodwork
SUMMARY OF SUBJECT CONTENT:
The course teaches students how to use raw materials, tools and equipment in a safe and competent manner, whilst developing an understanding of health and safety considerations in the woodwork environment. Students will learn how to identify hazards and risks and apply safe working practices whilst developing their skills, making products in wood.
The course is 100% practical and students will complete the course with a portfolio with photographed work they have made.
